    Our residents are the cornerstone of Block 43 and have faithfully guided our business since its funding in 1955. Our eco-friendly student properties are catered specifically to the college experience so students can have the perfect home away from home.

    • How are payments accepted?

      Rental payments are accepted in installment payments specific to the chosen bed space and executed Lease Contract.

    • Is there on-site management/maintenance?

      Yes, it is present during the following business hours: Monday - Friday: 9 am - 6 pm Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm Sunday: Closed

  • How can I pay My Rent?

    We offer several payment options to suit your needs. Residents may take payments by personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or through

    • Do I have to leave during school breaks?

      Unlike dorms, we do not require residents to vacate their apartments during school breaks.

    • What are individual leases?

      Each bed in an apartment is its own lease agreement, therefore if roommates are delinquent, cause damage to their bedroom, or cancel their lease contract you are not affected.

    • What are the parking options?

      Reserved Carport parking is available. Parking passes are required. Limited Visitor spaces and we are ADA accessible.

    • What do the fully furnished apartments include?

      Living Room: Couch and chair, coffee table, end table, 42" flat panel TV in the living room, dining table with four chairs. Bedroom: Full-size bed with frame with mattress, four drawer dresser, and desk with chair.
